Conneb II LLC is a real estate management company. There's no proof it's owned by Saudis. Somebody found Something for a similarly named Saudi business, but it's not the same thing.

CONNEB I LLC and CONNEB II LLC are real estate management companies. C.O.N. N.E.B. Li LLC is a Saudi-owned, completely unrelated business.

Go back to public records it says "McGill & CON-NEB Ii LLC" McGill is the real estate management company, CON-NEB is the saudi owners of the street, both sides.
