I honestly believe that Obama did know about their activities, went along with but never personally participated (So did Trump and Bush). You just know Bill & Hillary Clinton are typical psychopaths and so is Soros, Podesta etc. You dont run in such circles and stay clean, however some of them refuse to take part like Obama. The longer you are in that circle of the elite, the more chance you have of turning into one of them. Obama has a different history to them, he also has a different vibe and he is a let comer to the elite. I think he initially tried to do something about it but was overpowered and he submitted to them.
