Did Alefantis get a building permit for a property and then used it to do construction at Comet? Look at the dates! ( pizzagate )

97 weeks, plus 3 or so weeks for how old the screenshot is = 100 weeks.

100 weeks ago was 9th Jan 2015.

He got a permit, and used it to do heavy construction work at Comet, so there would be no evidence of the work ever taking place, but he had a permit at the time, with his business name on it, to do it...?

There's no evidence that picture is work "at Comet." That's an assumption you are making.

Plus Building Permits don't only list the company doing the work, they list the address and type of work. I don't see how the scheme you visualize would work

Also you have to have your permits displayed, it's not that someone asks to see it. If you don't have it displayed, someone can call the cops on you.

I think Alefantis must know Tochilin, because it looks to me like Alefantis started this company just to do the work for him. You wouldn't do that for someone you didn't know. And it looks like Tochilin wanted Alefantis to do the work for him because he didn't trust anyone else to do it.

Good work on dating the construction at Comet, which I thought had been done when the restaurant opened back in 2006/7. I think this is also when the Dionysus murals were removed.

If construction took place at Comet, there should be a public record of a permit for that specific property.

But ... might be a theory that he got a permit for a different property and used that if asked. I'd think though it'd have address and time period of work to be performed and dollar amount all on the permit. Something to look into.

yes, thats IF he got asked to show a permit. Also it wouldve still had his business name on it. Just the address was different. These people have friends everywhere remember, they can easily arrange something this simple to go through unnoticed.
