"The Big Cheese LLC" is the "parent company" of a food truck ran in NC by a guy completely unrelated to this scandal. As I pointed out in another reply, "The Big Cheese LLC" isn't always going to be associated with Alefantis. Unconnected LLC's can have the same names if they are incorporated in different states, and "The Big Cheese" isn't exactly a clever unique name.

But the Big Cheese LLC in NC has nothing to do with Alefantis. It's a food truck owned by someone unconnected to him.

How does the Big Cheese food truck in NC connect with Alefantis?

EDIT: Okay, I see what it is you are doing...multiple entities are allowed to open an LLC in different states with the same name. For example, if you live in MO, you could open "PizzagateBurgers LLC". I could also open "PizzagateBurgers LLC" in DE, but I couldn't found an LLC with that same name in MO after you have, and vice versa.

It's certainly plausible that other businesses/properties he owns could be used for nefarious purposes. But my intuition tells me that this is just another red herring intentionally planted to misdirect attention from Buck's Fishing and Camping: https://voat.co/v/pizzagate/1466453
