Is there a link, between people who molest countries, and children? Same dynamics. Leaders are given the best position any person could ask for, and the chance to make all kinds of positive changes. Instead, they so often do the opposite, and regress into a leech type of existence. recently I saw a documentary about pedophiles who prey on children in less affluent countries. A lot of them who were caught, say "I was helping those children, and giving them money." The person who caught them said" you can't do something nice for someone, without sexually abusing them?" ...Essentially the cause, is a rejection of life. All people have trouble letting life in, but some people especially resist it, and revert into dark behavior, in order to deny it. They may act, like they are doing these things, for money, power, or some kind of bizarre sadistic perversion, but these are just the ostensible reasons. The real reason they do it, is the same reason that some people harm themselves. The same reason that people are shut off emotionally, and will keep love out of their life. The same reason people resist knowing the truth. Jesus said it best, when he said " it is not the dark they fear, but the light!"

It is major news for any leader to resign. let alone so many. Historically, this tends to only happen, when they are facing such extreme charges, that it would be better to resign, than to try and bluff their way through.

Yeah he's creepy and just all round classless. Fucking terrible public speaker, comes across as very common, uneducated and as if the whole thing is indeed just free lunch + chauffeurs and a good retirement pay with very little real work. Which is pretty much what it is.
