I dunno. Biden's hard to parse. But I decided to play Devil's Advocate for him, and it seems to me that

1) he doesn't seem to treat kids in a bad way. I could let him pick up my son for a photo op.

2) on the other hand, I don't like how he spends so much time whispering to little girls. However. I can come up with an excuse for him: maybe he just always wishes he'd had a daughter?

Old age too. I have seen my grandparents and even an uncle with dementia act similar.I remember at his fathers funeral he was very touchy with children, over talkative with them. Seemed to me as if he wanted the appearance he was mentally okay.

Playing devil's advocate is important. It is always good to make sure we look at all angles of things. Just because its not one thing does not mean its something else.

I wonder if he gets a thrill when he's able to touch children publicly bc he knows it won't appear like he's purposely doing it, like oops my hand slipped, but he still gets away with it. It's almost like he can't help himself. He favors the youngest girls everytime.
