Christopher Achilles, LLC is the owner of Comet Ping Pong.

James Alefantis' middle name is Achilles, after his father.

But why Christopher?

Is this a partnership? Between James Achilles Alefantis & _____________ Christopher _____________? That would have made it an LLP, correct? Lots of speculation, but no definitive answer.

James Alefantis is the landlord of his pizza shop.

The Christopher Achilles LLC entity is the corporation that controls the property holding at 5037 Conn. Ave.

The Big Cheese LLC entity is the corporation that controls the business within that property, namely Comet Ping Pong.

One company for the real estate, another for the business. James Alefantis controls both companies.

It's such a basic and obvious question that few seem to ask. I don't know who his backers are. It really bugs me.

As for the Saudis, note how this pizzagate thing went radioactive as soon as their potential involvement was suggested.

From the link provided, it's clear that the Christopher Achilles LLC owns the 5037 address. The tax assessment is for the real estate, not the business housed within.
