You are probably right in the sens that organs harvesting are not dangerous for a tourist. I dont know if this issues fake news or not and i dont care. But dont say that there is no organ harvesting. There is and the organs usually come from Kind of desesperate Donators for cash (kidneys) . Most of times it Come from wounded soldier {heart}(syria/isis/trurkish) or dead sentenced prisoner (china).
