It seems a bit disjointed, but this is what I took away from it.

OP in Ottawa discovered evidence of pedo ring/ "kidz rule".

Someone else (not OP) in Canada began commenting on how similar it is to things he's found elsewhere in Canada.

This person then starts posting pictures he took of a drone watching him from outside his window, from behind a tree. Also shows pictures of supposed camera found at his home. Also shows pictures of footsteps in the snow outside his house.

Creepy if true.
