Thanks mate, I actually found this one myself as well but for some strange reason it is not possible to save the actual images, when you right-click on them it is not possible to save them, only the html file, which I find strange, because there are no problems saving the avatar image for example... :-/
Exif data gets removed when uploading through instagram (at least according to a few google searches).
Run a search like this:
https://www.google.com/search?q=
"jimmycomet"+"instagram"&rlz=1CDGOYI_enUS696US696&hl=en-US&prmd=inv&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwik-c658-_QAhVILSYKHVWCDowQ_AUIBygB&biw=414&bih=660
Then set the image dimensions in advanced search settings to the exact size (not sure what it is.. download a random pic from any instagram account to get them)
Most sites do. But that means the originals are uploaded to a private secure server first as the process takes place. If we can find said archive, somebody could hack it.
That would entail hacking Facebook/Instagram.. and there CDN. I'd say near impossible. Images aren't just "uploaded" to services like these... it's a very complex process - based on security, availability, storage, etc.
Only way to get this data is to hack Alefantis iCloud or Google Photos account, media storage or his phone.

Everything has to cached on a server for these tasks or we would be able to upload pictures in the blink of eye.
But yes, cloud servers is where we have to look.
