Serbian Mafia. It has to be a multi-national crime syndicate running this operation judging from the port use. I'm seeing a lot of ties in this case to the eastern bloc. The largest mafia in the eastern bloc is the Serbian mafia. This would explain the ties to Soros, this weird lady with obvious paintings of the actual roided up perps, Abromovic. I'm starting to see a pattern here.
