1) Hillary is the original "birther" and brought up Obama's citizenship first.

2) Donald Trump starts putting pressure on Obama to produce his birth certificate.

Supposedly, he was waiting for some "legal hurdles" to be cleared prior to releasing. I have no idea what that means.

In retrospect, I see that he had nowhere to go with this info considering what happened with HRC's emails. I also don't know if they will release everything they have, but I have been watching this for years and I am curious to see what happens.

Also, the talk of the BC makes my eyes glaze over because it is technical stuff related to Adobe Acrobat and what not. Hang on a moment - I think the judge may have dun goofed up. From what I recall thus far, NYPD seized the laptop originally as evidence, as part of their investigation into Wiener's sexting, therefore the warrant to search Wiener's premises and seize devices sits with NYPD , not the FBI. The laptop was only subsequently passed on to the FBI when NYPD realised what was on it.

I think that this has nothing to do with Wiener and everything to do with Clinton's missing e-mails, as these were the subject of FBI interest and the plan may be to destroy evidence and subvert that investigation.

I wonder if someone can get a copy of what this guy filed in the court and why he says it is so urgent? That might shed some light on it. The movie and story is amazing and what this guy accomplished based on the movie was compelling and was accomplished with heroic lawyering. This definitely seems to me to be a legal maneuver to get something out before Dec. 19 to somehow discredit the election. But papers filed might tell and might be available under FOIA. I have always wondered what was in the subpoena myself. But the bottom line is the truth isn't it? What is in those e-mails that would have compelled people to want "we the people to know" before voting? It is the same human heart reaction that is driving the people on this site. It just seems that way to me. unfortunately I don't have time to do any research.

It's more nuanced than that. If they legally stop you and are executing a legal search and they find heroin dashboard, they can seize it and charge you with a crime. If the heroin is a box that says Bob's Deli, they cannot search Bob's Deli without a warrant.
