NOT the same guy. Took me a while to find the "right" comparison pics but I'm certain they are the not the same guy. Even though they both have the same name, wear similar glasses, shave their beard the same, etc. etc. etc, they're just doppelgangers. Compare the earlobes and noses.

someone pointed him to me ( @PizzagateBRD ) and I took a look. Why is he carefully keeping the two occupations separated, not a word of mention on his (legislator) page.

Because as pointed out above they are different people. One is a politician in California. One gives Pizza tours in NY. Believe me, that would an expensive commute.
