Anybody with a little spare time and cash should start a website for some group of sexual deviants that hate Trump for whatever reason. Get a few of your buddies to create multiple logins/identities (like CTR) and start discussion threads about how they are going to coordinate against the PEOTUS in varieties of ways. Then apply for a grant from the Open Societies Foundation... they are probably way too desperate to drum up resistance to properly vet NGOs... (much like State dept in Syria 2013 to present)... Could be millions in it for just a little bit of work... What do you think?

there's no felony in starting a website or an organization. It's not fraud until the money goes into someone's pockets, or am I missing something?
