something else to remember: It's not just you, this time of year (around Christmas/New Years) is just ABYSSMAL for depression and related maladies, including suicides. So there's THAT energy to deal with as well. Personally, i feel that all has more to do with the shallow, commercialized nature of a made-up holiday than anything else, but not everyone feels that way about Christmas. I've somehow ALWAYS felt that way, even as a child... like it was a fake holiday, not like a birthday or Sunday (day off school!), etc.

Take all reasonable and necessary precautions. Expectation can play a part in that as well, so expect better things of life, and give better.

yup. it's dark, and has a lot of CUMULATIVE dark energy associated with it. but just the same, even if it DIDN'T (which it most certainly does), I would STILL feel "creepy" and creeped-out at times. It's just that bad, if a person has any empathy for other human beings at all.

So the ATTACKS we feel are probably a combination of: 1. Inherent creepiness of the material 2. Dark energies already associated with the same 3. perhaps guilt, for not having "known" or "done" something sooner, or 4. Guilt, because we don't feel we're doing enough.

Standard rules apply, stay on your game (whatever that is for you). Stay healthy, sleep, exercise, take frequent breaks. Visit friends, talk with others, do stuff (unrelated stuff!). There's no reason anybody needs to live like a saint. Exception being, because we've chosen to be involved with this, we should probably be a BIT cautious in our personal lives, so as not to leave any obvious avenues for attack, should the "dark ones" regain foothold and go on the offensive... and they ARE plenty offensive, we already know that much.

Great Advice, Thank You!

What do you mean by negative greetings.

ryguyhermosa

David Wilcock talks about this alot, but the cliff notes version, we live in a free will universe that allows negativity for spiritual growth. do good things, get good things, do bad things get bad things. Karma, golden rule etc. most of us aren't a saint and we go thru life and dont really feel the effects of what we do wrong immediately, could take years, but nonetheless opens you up for the negative reflection for the action you took, i.e. "negative greeting"... currently I am feeling the pressure of every negative thing I have done this year, compounded because I have been focusing so much on what is negative in this world. make sense?

Thakiddds

Oh ok got it

what you say "makes sense" in theory. But I don't think it really works that way in reality. I do think that if you are feeling "sensitve", "bad" things can have a bigger impact than you would normally notice, and that if you are tired or angry, you are more likely to make mistakes or use poor judgment.
