Have read it. It is the same premise for all the three main religions. If you don't believe, then you are part of the Antichrist, a Satanist. Any non believer is aligned with Satanism because by the mere act of not believing or ascribing to religion, they have aligned themselves with evil. The book was a fantasy version of a canonized religious story, blasphemous to the religious. Author knew that many people would view it as 'satanic' for this reason, so he called the book 'The Satanic Verses.' Agree with other users, a quick google and you would have found out the answer to your question.

I am not the OP. Are you too fucking lazy to pay attention to user names, lazy shit?

It is NEVER useless to ask questions. That is what intelligent people do, to get answers and the truth.

Go fuck yourself, mocking troll.

the book doesn't have anything to do with satanism, it has to do with mentions of satan in the islamic scriptures. The controversy over the book is not about satanism, but that some muslims found it offensive (while other muslims did not).

It is not relevant to pizzagate.
