I read that in Japan the Yakuza are also grabbing homeless people off the streets. They are then made to work cleaning up the Fukushima Nuclear Plant. They aren't even given any protection against radiation apparently, they are just put in for as long as is safe in high levels of radiation and then taken out when they've been exposed too long.

One of the images had Chinese writing in it too. The Chinese are known for this sort of stuff.
