Welch / WaPo Complete Coverup ( pizzagate )

Yesterday, the WaPo ran an article on the disposition of Edgar Maddison Welch's court case (Comet Ping Pong). While it is possible that there may be a delay in court reporting, I doubt it. The Federal court records show case information as recent as yesterday.

Comments: The article states the following:

  • "A federal grand jury returned an indictment Thursday bringing two additional charges against a North Carolina man accused of commandeering a Washington pizza restaurant with an assault-style rifle on Dec. 4." - There is no record of any case regarding Welch in the Federal case records locator: https://dockets.justia.com/search?state=district_of_columbia&cases=between&after=2016-11-1&before=2016-12-17&page=2 [Note: it is possible that Justia may not have full access to the records normally provided by the PACER system. PACER requires a 10.00 sign up fee]

  • The article states: "(Welch) charged Tuesday by police complaint with a federal count of interstate transportation of a firearm and ammunition, was also accused in the indictment of two D.C. offenses: assault with a dangerous weapon and possessing a firearm during the commission of a crime of violence." A link to the DC Court system ( https://www.dccourts.gov/cco/maincase.jsf) ) shows that all charges against Welch have been dropped and the case is closed.

  • The Federal charges are set forth in this document. (sorry, if someone knows how to archive this in non-PDF format, I'm all ears. I've clicked it myself) https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/3239353/12-15-16-Welch-Indictment.pdf . Here is the weird part - the document says "Grand Jury Sworn in November 3rd, 2016". I don't need to explain the problem with that. 1) I cannot corroborate the authenticity of this document and 2) I do not know how Grand Juries work - are they assembled per case or for a time frame? Any insight is welcome.

If we are able to wrap some more meat (facts) around this, we may be able to build a pretty airtight (no pun intended) case for a false flag operation and media coverup ( @tjarco ). If anyone has access to the PACER system, I could use a hand here.

So the main suspiscion here is that WaPo stated the court case has been held but Federal Court case files do not show any evidence of this? (correct me if i'm wrong)

Wha I am working is proof of a false flag. I believe the intent is to have him get "lost" in the federal system. They probably also wouldn't want their boy languishing in a DC jail.

I'm running with the assumption that the indictment is real. But there is no listing of the case I can find at all. Also, there is no reason for him to be transferred over to federal custody.

When they managed to make this a federal case I was hoping someone would try to follow it because it felt like they changed the story to make it federal so they could make it disappear.

That's exactly why they did it. I see zero reasons to take into Federal court other than to charge with a statute unavailable to DC (like terrorism-related charges) OR to do exactly what you referenced - bury the case with intent to disappear.

I don't want to call it "fact" yet - 1) I/we need someone with access to PACER to confirm/deny authenticity of the grand jury and 2) we need to hear from someone familiar with the grand jury process and how it is assembled.
