Could someone please explain and/or decipher the meaning of this? I'm sure it's been posted elsewhere, but I searched and could not find it mentioned. I'm sure this must have been posted here or the defunct reddit sub, but I did a keyword search for "Vodka" and other key terms here and could not find it, so I'm posting this.

It mentions some very odd things, including "sexual predators" and "prostitution." The general sense I get from it, is that they don't approve of what they're hearing, but it doesn't seem to be a real shock. I could be wrong. Again, that is just my sense.

As you can see from the email above, most of the words and letters are strung together in long run-on sentences.

I separated the words as best I could. After doing so, the result is below:

( want you to knowthat their are some good people over there doing great work. we are it;). scouts but there should be some exectation of professionalism in ones leadership. AGNA been blind to all this and those good people are getting worn out and chewed up over it all. way the DOS has turned their backs to the guys on the ground and let the prostitution and g;, shit continue. (note: i have not spoken to them, but i know over all this time someone had to drop that dime.)
