The pedo symbol you're comparing these spirals to is in a TRIANGULAR shape - a triangle inside a triangle. The other symbols on the FBI link: a heart inside a heart. A hand inside a hand. The overall shape is key - not the spiral part. The spirals in that image are not pedo.
