maybe this is a crazy idea, but what if we were start building networks of small groups of trusted users that could check in with each other, make sure everyone is safe etc.

Groups as small as 2-5 users that are in contact with each other and check in weekly or daily. As of now, if anyone gets banned or goes missing (god forbid) - no one would know about it. How would anyone know? we are ll but strangers for the most part. Despite all the users here, I often feel vunerable without someone I can trust.

may I suggest finding a few others users you admire, or have read good comments/post by -and hit them up for a buddy connection and start networking - safety in numbers. can't hurt

also would love to see an invite only non public room to discuss. is this possible? the group has been uncovering some great leads and it seems odd to just display them publicly - not sure how to vet, but we could try
