I have wondered if it was just a stunt to avoid accidentally suiciding himself. In fact he does mention reptilian eyes, which Soros, among others do have. Jay Parker also mentions roumers that Buzz Ware can shape shift into reptilian form, possibly from people hallucinating under hypnosis and/or the effects of drugs... Adrenochrome perhaps?

Then he went on to claim that they're reptiles, blowing all of his credibility. Although I think there is something to the reptile thing (coloboma?). Just not the way he presents it.

there is indeed, just not the way he presents it. It has a lot to do with bloodlines. Specifically those of Cain from the Cain/Abel Story.
