The day the Podesta drops started was kind of an anticipated day. There was a big buildup around Wikileaks following the dncleaks and basically Roger Stone convinced all of us that Assange was going to make a huge drop at his middle of the night announcement on WL 10yr anniversary.

Everybody was waiting for it. As the Anniversary started with Sarah going over WL history, building up to JAs announcement, the east coast started getting ddosd to death at like 4am est.

After a long winded speech, JA mockingly announced that he doesn't make releases in the middle of the night and wrapped it up. The ddos ended.

The following morning the Podesta leaks started dripping.

Imo, Julian suspected some fuckery beforehand and chose to drip drip the leaks to avoid focused time based attacks in the most brilliant play the white wizard ever devised. The ddos attack got headfaked. The drips started. Then pussygate dropped. Pussygate was clearly a planned attack that was being used to dominate the news cycle and distract from WL. the piecemeal nature of the releases made sure momentum was building slowly before, during, and long after pussygate fizzled and died.

The timing isn't a huge deal, but it is meaningful. It's the difference between Hillary's one cannon shot at Trump and WLs 55k bullets at the entire Democratic machine.

Fuck. This has really been a wild ride.

Edit: holy crap i just realized how that politifact crap was twisting this. They're trying to play the victim of retaliation card but that's such nonsense. Assange stretched his promised drop across like 12 hours of that day. After weeks of promising it. Which announcement at which hour are they referring to?
