Best reply to fake news is to ask where MSM was in the summer and fall during the DAPL. No matter where you stand on that issue, they didn't mention it until November (and then mainly trivialized it at the beginning), not even after Amy Goodman got hit with a warrant. You have the environment, minorities, the question of police brutality in relation to minorities, all of which were MSM "real news" bread and butter issues leading up to the election, and that's without even mentioning the silence around "alt-media" getting hit with warrants. The argument for real news and fake news, at least as it has to do with the MSM editorial boards, is, unfortunately, too easily debunked.
