Yes, I suggest not doing that just for decencies sake. Does this forum like the ideals of right to privacy and innocent until proven guilty? Even if this is technically legal (which it probably isn't since I'm sure it would be considered harassment) this shouldn't be done or suggested.

There could be legal issues. Each city has laws. I say definitely research those first. Also be very careful to not invade the privacy of others. If you find something unrelated to your investigation but looks fun don't go posting it to YouTube. Stick to the facts laws and investigation. That being said if it's legal why not.
