Kevin Annett appears plausible but so many have fallen out with him and have exposed him. I stopped listening to him when Alfred Webre did an expose. There appears no actual evidence of the court in Belgium that I have seen. Whatever the truth there so much disinformation around him that I have found it not useful to watch or spread his stuff. I would love to know the truth though!

It's a legal nullity. Belgium is not a common law country.
