It might just be shared hosting.. it's pretty common, I use shared hosting myself. If a web designer has 20 or so clients, he gives them all a portion of the server, and they would have the same IP address, I think. Every site i have checked is an "ordersnapp" website. That might be the shared thing. They just get a section of it.
