I had an opportunity to spend a few hours in Washington, D.C. last week, so I checked out a TOP SECRET NAVY TUNNELING PROJECT described in the Washington Post over four years ago.
Amid the secrecy, theories abound about the four-acre complex, which is dead center in a ring that includes the White House, the U.S. Capitol, the Pentagon, Reagan National Airport and the National War College. Is it a sophisticated sensor station, guarding the 14th Street bridge and other Potomac River crossings? Is it an excavation point for underwater barriers to protect the Washington Channel and Potomac River from submarines? Is it a staging area for Navy Seabees securing underwater cables between the White House and the Pentagon, across the river?

I suspect that the victims of those
addicted to power
are disproportionately male. In other words, typical pedophiles may prefer girls due to their sexual preference, but politicians who rape children may prefer boys because they seek dominance over the stronger gender. Alternatively, if the goal is the blackmail of politicians for the purpose of usurping political power by the people who hold the blackmail, homosexual child rape is more damning than heterosexual child rape. Wonder how the people would explain away the inconvenient truth. I gotta admit I was pissed at that guy for not talking to the police. He calls, they call him back, he blows them and does the tape without getting a response from them? But then he says he REALLY wants to talk. Asshat. I'd like to know the age breakdown and circumstance breakdown. Are they fitting a certain pattern, but that's me.
Well, the CIA is in Langley, VA.... so that just makes sense of why a state as small as VA has as many open child abduction cases as a state nearly 5x as large such as CA.
Convenient for them! If it isn't politicians, it's probably foreign diplomats. Someone that is regular to the area, but rare in other parts of the country. If it isn't organized, it's certainly still worth pursuing.

I think we will find that these people seek a variety of kids to meet the desires of their clientele. Street kids might provide some fun for them, but the risks are lower and its less exciting for them I would suspect. I have a feeling that is why the McCann girl was grabbed, and why they are probably creating refugee crisis around the world to get a stead supply of hard to account for children.
