Was Rudolph Guliani hacked, or was he finally sick of keeping quiet about what he knows? ( pizzagate )

Rudolph Guliani tweeted numerous times regarding pizzagate and mentioned that he was privately funding an investigation because the FBI and CIA were compromised. Archived before his suspension here: http://archive.is/IDBh5 "If you have any information on #PizzaGate, please send it to [email protected] - we are privately investigating because FBI refuses to." Any thoughts on this? Was his account hacked? It seems more likely that he has actually flipped out and decided that these fucks deserve justice at any price.

apparently there is some proof it is fake , just got from another user rudy tweeted on this account: " The KKK donated $20k to Hillary. Will she disavow? Google it, bitch."

Thats all i was looking for. Some evidence that its fake.

Because the first couple tweets from that user were "I'm Rudy Giuliani mother fuckers" something makes me think the real one would not say that. There's several parody Rudy Giuliani Twitter accounts.
