searching "bizzopizzo" (and variants) n Instagram brings up a many 'questionable' results. This one I found most interesting. "Ballast Point" beers logo seems to be a combination of a stonemasons logo and a pizza slice http://imgur.com/a/q6XOV

It's Spanish. First one says "Johny the Poto (whatever Poto is) is very crazy...eeee...I'll call you right away". Next one says "Flavor experiment hello evolution your sister and my female cousin now kiss" . The middle finger one says "for the princess". "When you sleep at 8B couples love". "Your house or my house". This doesn't even remotely look suspicious to me other than I don't appreciate the guy's style of drawing.
