I understand this is very hard - but these people actually chose to be honest about their affliction and try to deal with it rather than keep it secret and double down on it.

They could maybe help with some of the code, or know of places or people who traffic in children?

If any of them desire some semblance of redemption for past wrongs, then they can and will support the investigation of their own volition. They can come out at any time to provide leads and such, they can do it anonymously on Reddit since they won't be invited to Voat more than likely.
