Trying to figure out all the players ( pizzagate )

Let me know if I'm getting this right, looks to me like some midlevel people in the FBI got tired of their higher ups ignoring this pedo problem of powerful people and released the Podesta Emails. Hoping people would latch on and start investigating for themselves. One thing I haven't seen anyone explain was where did they come up with the video of the birthday party inside Comet Pizza? That seems to be the smoking gun.

If you believe CNN the emails are Russian fakes but most credible sources say the Podesta emails were from a disgruntled DNC operative. There have been multiple reports of schisms within the FBI but all I have seen that can be confirmed is about Clinton or the Foundation. The Foundation element, due to it being a global monstrosity, is perhaps the best chance of the FBI getting eyes on anything Pizzagate related. The state, or its agents, have nothing to benefit from by ignoring an investigation with hopes of the public replacing them. However, a public investigation may be enough to persuade the state to create an investigation or expand an existing one.
