Looks like an embelishment on the building from when the building got built. You see those types of things all over the place. The only thing that could be misconstrued as something on that is the faded paint.

Thats what Im saying. Someone has to take a new pic. Im not asking you guys for your skills to zoom in on this pic. I KNOW WE CANT MAKE OUT WHATS WRITTEN ON IT. I want a new pic that focuses on the center emblem, as close up as we can.

Thanks anyway but you are dead wrong. Look again and you will see that it is a scroll ribbon, not a flag. It is symmetrical as you can see it going all the way to the right. This "left" thing about winds or John's FB is just BS. Try again.
