Some are looking into how the logistics of how something like this might operate, shipping / ports / transport in general. If this is a big as it appears then it needs substantial infrastructure.

I imagine like most org charts this is a pyramid shape, we have gone wide but we have not gone up the pyramid much ( well i dont believe so ).
