FBIANON mentioned something about cards. I was perusing another site when I read "carder markets"

I don't see how this could connect but then again I'm not a criminal...nor unfortunately a researcher.

The article mentions this being an 86 million business; also used for creating new identities.

I apologize if this is a non lead but I would feel horrible for not mentioning it per chance it can be helpful.
