I don't know why the NYTimes thought it would be relevant to add information about Podesta's pizza oven and pizza parties. But.

"Mr. Podesta, who lives two doors from the house the Obamas will rent, invites neighbors for pizza parties in his backyard, where he has a pizza oven."

This is not a neighborhood I'd want to visit.

This has been posted before, but it is very interesting that a guy who is 60+ would have pizza parties for Washington's elites. These people can eat any kind of gourmet food they want. Take it from a guy who is almost 51, older people don't want to go to parties where pizza and hotdogs are the main course.
