I am going to sound absolutely insane to you at first. They have the ability to pop people into existence (documents, social media, photos, etc). These CIA guys have contractors specifically delegated to faking victimologies. This is what you see on 9/11 with the planes. The "victims" (ONLY PLANE VICTIMS) consisted of 2 photos each and a name. They were completely fictional. Why? The planes didn't exist. The Mossad (owned by same billionaires that own us/the CIA), used old Soviet P-700 Granit Cruise missiles and a nuclear submarine off of the Atlantic. That was 15 years ago. These guys are pretty good at faking people now.
I'm all for collecting names, but I am warning you that you could be disappointed if the end they happen to be fake caricatures, which is extremely likely imo. They are on full blown damage control.
