At the 2:14 mark of this video that kempa8 did the video of, it looks like the facial features of a body underwater. I beleive kempa8 is uploading blury videos of murdered children, not from movies but children actually murdered that he'she may have been involved in.

This person makes no uploads for 6 years, now when The Apes are being investigated by us, this person uploads picture of kid playing in playground with morbid death lyrics.
