In order to monetize videos, you need to submit First and Last name, tax id and SSN so google knows if these videos are monetized

If someone isn't already, we need to compile a database of everyone who has posted a comment of a suspicious nature on that video. That way when these videos are inevitably deleted we can pick up our investigation right where we left off of, and hopefully put some of these fuckers behind bars.

I have some questions, although I don't want to look too closely. Are these videos monetized? Can you tell without playing them? If they are monetized I don't want to contribute to their profits.

The related videos are also troubling. Who's letting their kids post this stuff on YouTube? Is YouTube's policy that minors can post whatever they feel like on this public forum? Do the children or YouTube have or need the parent's permission to post this stuff publicly? Does COPPA have any effect on this?
