At 2:36 mark, there is a blue swirl that looks similar to the pedo logo. This one could be nothing though.

This is a stretch, but the background MAY also look like an audio mixer or some sort of AV gear. Just a reference, but is there a photo of the "closet" which received the fatal gunshot inside CPP? I may be able to provide some technical analysis.

That doesn't look like a fire and a person in a hat. It looks like something in the same cabinet that we see above there. It might be a kitschy doohickey of some kind. We can see the side of the cabinet enclosure behind whatever it is. The mystery object(s) is/are not outside.

Apparently when initiated to the first level of this pedo empire, you are told that to make it to the next level, you need to find someone else in real life who is part of the cult, and to do that you have to display a five of spades somewhere on yourself, your car, or your home, and look out for other people also displaying that card. And then when you find someone with it, you together call the person who first initiated you and confirm you've found another person, and then they let you into the second level.

Yeah, I don't see window, outside, beach, hat whatsoever. I think it's a reflection on a round glass surface.

Also you are dealing with a compressed web photo. Meaning the clarity is not the best. Compressing images introduces artifacts that make zooming in on detail accurately hard to do.

I think it's a bunch of wine glasses on a shelf behind him and what you are seeing as a campfire is a reflection off something.
