yes, we do. Not all of them can still be completely entrenched in the system, a few must have escaped, gotten away, ran... but what can we offer if they come forward: safety? security? a way out?

None of that, sadly. They will be mocked, and ridiculed, and dragged through the press AS IF they were the ones doing the raping. You know the story.

They'll need Federal witness protection, at minimum - and we all already saw how that DIDN'T work during the Boys Town scandal.

We're more likely to find surviving victims. No pedo ring has a perfect record. Someone who knows where they operate from. Inside details. Etc.
