At the very least, a regular prosecutor on his first day on the job would have netted at least a 100 yr sentence for this asshole in time for lunch. This is a huge, embarrassing, and still-lit judicial bomb that is hardly known to the public. The case was so open and shut. Yet he gets to skip out of jail for 16 hrs a day for the next year. It's so over the top. And such a frightening precedent. A golden nugget.
