No. The Afghan war shut down the opium supply leading to a shift to oxy which got reformulated. To meet demand unscrupulous drug dealers are now creating synthetic opiodis like fentanyl using chemicals purchased from China using their Amazon clone ali baba. Fentanyl being extremely deadly as it's not intended to be used the way heroin users like to do their smack.
