There is an adult holding a baby in a diaper in the first photo, only the private parts of the baby are in the frame..... very weird and the ping pong table is just sooooooooooo in your face.... they really think we are all so stupid.... that is the sign of a sociopath... they believe they are so smart that they will never get punished. Luckily that is usually their Achilles Alefantis heel....

It almost looks like a baby/toddler above ground casket or headstone of some kind.
