I have to disagree. I think a parent knows, but in some situations they doubt themselves. They just couldn't believe that Joe Biden would do that.

Two examples. Once, a doctor felt me up. I was shocked at the time, but didn't say anything because I thought, "surely I'm overreacting? A doctor wouldn't do that would he?" A few years later that same freaky doc was arrested for grouping other women and taping it.

After I had kids, my radar was OFF the charts. I had read up on the Franklin Coverup and other such things. My older brother had been molested by a pastor. My sister was molested by a church bus captain. I trusted NO ONE. (Still don't.)

Then this guy, a "magician," started working at a restaurant my cousin worked at. They had him do tricks on Kid Night. Went in when my son was about 5. The magician was all over him. Started with caressing his ear to pull a quarter out. Not just the normal pull out a quarter, but caressing his head and ear! Gave him a huge hug. Then progressed and tried to pull him on his lap.

I went OFF. Yelled, "get your hands off!" My cousin hurried over. "It's ok, it's just the magician."

I pulled a Whitney. "Oh Hell to the naw. He is completely inappropriate."

The magician soon quit. (He had also worked as a bus boy, albeit a much older one than usual.)

Guess where I saw the freak working later? At the GAME CENTER in the mall that sold Ping Pong Tables! They hosted an arcade, and also had a shop right next door that sold gaming items like ping pong tables, pool tables and Foosball tables.

EVEN IF Sessions is just swiping the hair away, Biden still reacts like a pervert getting caught.

Interesting channel. Not that it matters particularly, but it would be good to know the authors credentials. Either way though, I think an understanding of body language is an invaluable tool for getting to the truth. People focus on the words politicians say, but if you're aware of them, actions say much more.
