There's a much better straight-on shot at 20:42. Looks pretty similar. It's all Hamptons & Martha's Vineyard culture so I wouldn't be surprised if the guy was there.

Yeah, she does have dead eyes. Someone said she looks like one of the girls Biden was groping. I see the resemblance but I think they're different girls.
