Unanswered questions:

• Will the 'underage prostitutes' be charged with something other than prostitution?

• If not, will they be used to investigate and incarcerate leaders of child and sex trafficking operations?

• Will the underage sex workers be treated as victims in that they will be taken to safehomes and given new lives? OP's source article seems to imply that they will be turned back out onto the street (implying that child prostitution will literally become legal.)
