Tony Podesta wrote that to Amrita & Ashok Mahbubani who were later arrested and charged with money laundering I think, not sure. They were definitely arrested and convicted of a crime though. Also note how the definition has very few votes and even those are standing on almost fifty-fifty (18 upvotes vs. 16 downvotes). This is clearly an inside joke posted by a close friend of a girl whose nickname is Mandolin.

A mandolin is also a piece of kitchen equipment -- an over-sized food slicer with a sharp blade. Something that also might be found in the kitchen of a pizza parlor?
