no but you cant convict on false evidence the police should do THEIR job <--- this actually saved america ok cuz otherwise there no truthful premise!!!

we are suppose to have justice based on actual TRUTH ...sorry if one slips through it is still preserving the right system

or should we all just sit indefiniate detention cuz of obamas NDAA and the revoking of hapius corpus!!
