If you watch Soros and listen to the way he talks, he has a huge separation between right and wrong. He can acknowledge both sides and even tries to balance them. Soros is not a man that would do things "out of the kindness in his heart". If it's not a direct "donation" in a "pay to play" type of way, it's a donation to "balance" any involvement. He doesn't do anything without thinking, nothing he does is "random". If you observe him as a person you can see how telling this donation is.
